Service Description

This is the 3 month follow up program after the Connect Session to put new habits and tools into practice. Includes 3 (1 hour) monthly appointments, text availability with me anytime for quick questions in between appointments, access to monthly Pneuma Community live Zoom calls, and 20% discounts on all recommended labs, supplements, herbal/homeopathic and wellness products through my DesBio and Full Script dispensary.
